Oscar has every intention of taking control of his life and on the Thursday, Nov. 8 episode of “General Hospital,” he will let Kim know she can’t stop him. Meanwhile, Nelle and Sonny will be focused on manipulating others for their own benefits.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Oscar (Garren Stitt) tells Kim (Tamara Braun) he is moving forward with the lawsuit and there is nothing she can do about it. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Julian (William deVry) consoles Kim.

Kim still believes she can get Oscar to drop his emancipation case in time for him to start the experimental drug trial, but it appears the teen will crush his mother’s hopes once again. Oscar has been furious with her ever since he found out she never told him about his terminal cancer diagnosis.

Although Kim thought keeping the secret would allow her son to live a normal life, Oscar disagreed and decide he wanted to spend the short time he had left making his own decisions. Oscar’s plan to get emancipated so he won’t have to undergo treatment frightens Kim, who believes her son will die even sooner without it.

When Oscar shuts down Kim’s attempt to talk him out of the lawsuit, Julian will be there to comfort her, but will his words be enough to keep her from falling apart?

Meanwhile, it appears Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will also return to stir up some trouble and possibly turn Michael’s (Chad Duell) world upside down. “GH” spoilers reveal Nelle engages in old tricks.

Although Nelle was sent to jail, she is still managing to have a ball torturing Michael from behind bars. Michael is unaware Nelle lied about the death of their baby and actually gave their son to Brad (Parry Shen).

Nelle was delighted with the idea that Michael would be around his son and never know his true identity but will she finally give Michael a hint about what really happened the night she gave birth?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells Jeanette (Ely Pouget) he wants to know why her husband was killed. Spoilers suggest Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) gets the proof she needs.

After Sonny learned that Margaux’s mother asked Joe Scully to kill her husband, he shared the information with Margaux and told her he could prove it. It appears the two will work together to uncover the truth and Margaux will get the answer she needs--but how will she use it?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
