When Nikolas decided to reveal himself to everyone at Nina and Valentin’s wedding, it set off a chain of unexpected events. On the Tuesday, Jan. 7 episode of “General Hospital,” Nina’s fragile state will inspire Jax to take action.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Nina (Cynthia Watros) tells the wedding guests that she doesn’t need anyone to hold her hand. Instead, she will announce that she just wants to get out of Wyndemere. “General Hospital” spoilers suggest Nina will try to flee.

Now that Nina has told Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) she knows he is the reason Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) pretended to be her daughter, she wants to get far away from her ex.

Once Nina learns Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) and Ava (Maura West) plan to turn her failed wedding into an impromptu ceremony, she will be even more desperate to flee the Cassadine estate. However, her emotions are running high, and Jax (Ingo Rademacher) will be concerned about her state of mind.

Although she will make it clear she wants to be left alone, Jax will step in and try to be her hero. Will Jax’s decision to comfort Nina push her further away, or bring them closer together?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Ava begs Laura (Genie Francis) to stay for her and Nikolas’ wedding ceremony. “GH” spoilers reveal Ava’s luck takes a turn.

Seeing as Laura just learned her son is alive, chances are, she won’t be thrilled with his plan to marry Ava. It appears Laura will object to the wedding and won’t support Nikola and Ava’s marriage.

Will Laura convince Nikolas to change his mind about marrying Ava, or will something else threaten the bride-to-be’s wedding day?
