'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Nikolas Be Forced To Tell Victor About Esme's Pregnancy?

Victor has been determined to protect the Cassadine name, but on the Wednesday, Dec. 28 episode of "General Hospital," his threat to Nikolas may expose details about Esme's pregnancy.

In the ABC promo video, Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) asks Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) why he isn't fighting to fix his relationship with Spencer (Nicholas Chavez). "GH" spoilers reveal Victor issues a warning to Nikolas.

After Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) agreed to pretend to be pregnant with Nikolas' child, the two began sharing the news with others around town.

It appears Victor will confront Nikolas about Elizabeth's pregnancy but will be unaware that Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) is actually carrying Nikolas' child.

Viewers know that Nikolas has Esme locked away at Wyndemere Castle and plans to keep the pregnancy a secret with Elizabeth's help.

However, after being threatened by Victor about the importance of protecting their family name, will Nikolas admit that Esme is carrying a Cassadine heir?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Anna (Finola Hughes) tells someone that any help they can give would be greatly appreciated. "General Hospital" spoilers say the mystery deepens for Anna and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).

The only way for Anna and Valentin to clear her name is to prove that Lucy (Lynn Herring) is alive and was kidnapped by Victor. However, it hasn't been an easy task since Victor covered his tracks.

It appears that Valentin and Anna are set to meet with a jeweler, who has a connection to Victor, in hopes that the individual will be able to give them a lead on Lucy's location.

Will Anna and Valentin's latest meeting lead them one step closer to Lucy, or will the couple face another setback?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) makes a promise, Spencer apologizes to Ava (Maura West), and Cyrus (Jeff Korber) offers aid to Laura (Genie Francis).
