Ryan may think he never has to return to Ferncliff, but on the Wednesday, Nov. 28 episode of “General Hospital,” his violent act against Kiki Jerome may land him right back in the institution for the criminally insane.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) tells Ava (Maura West) he hopes she has room for dessert. In the previous episode of “General Hospital,” Ryan posed as his twin brother, Kevin and paid a visit to Kiki (Hayley Erin) after Ava revealed Port Charles wasn’t big enough for the both of them.

Kiki was supposed to meet Griffin (Matt Cohen) at Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) wedding but never showed. When the priest returned to their apartment, all he found was her bloody scarf.

It appears Ryan has once again followed his serial killer instincts and killed another person but will he tell Ava about what really happened when he met up with Kiki or will he let her learn the truth on her own?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Jordan tells Curtis they have company. “GH” spoilers suggest Jordan and Curtis will discover Kiki’s body in their bed.

In the previous episode Jordan and Curtis left their wedding reception to spend some time alone as man and wife, but when they went up to their hotel room, they saw something strange in their bed. Will the couple discover Kiki’s body on their wedding night?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
