It will be a day of resistance and heartbreak as secrets begin to create conflict amongst the residents of Port Charles. On the Monday, Sept. 24 episode of “General Hospital,” Jason realizes Sam is hiding something as Kim struggles to remain calm around Drew.

In the promo for the ABC soap opera, Jason (Steve Burton) tells Sam (Kelly Monaco) whatever she isn’t telling him, he can see it’s important. In the previous episode of “General Hospital,” Jason noticed something was off about Sam when she encouraged him to spend more time with their son and suggested that life could be cut short at any moment.

When he asked her to talk to him about what was bothering her, she brushed off his concerns but told Jason he should make peace with Drew (Billy Miller). It appears Sam’s weird behavior makes Jason curious about what she is hiding from him.

Although Sam may want to keep Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) condition a secret for Drew’s sake, she may have troubling keeping the truth from the one person who knows her the best. Could Sam’s confession to Jason create even more tension between Drew and Kim (Tamara Braun)?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Terry (Cassandra James) tells Drew and Kim they have some decisions to make about Oscar. “GH” spoilers reveal Kim is upset with Drew.

In the previous episode, Drew told Kim he made the wrong decision by agreeing to keep Oscar’s cancer a secret. He told her if they didn’t tell their son about his terminal illness together, he would do it on his own.

While she wants to continue to hide the truth, Drew realizes it is only a matter of time before the teen learns about his fate from someone else

Kim’s world has been falling apart ever since Oscar was hospitalized for a seizure. Even though she has done her best to prevent her son from learning that his life will be cut short, more and more people are learning about his condition.

Will finding out about Sam’s conversation with Jason set her off or is there something else that makes Kim upset with Drew?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
