'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Willow Survive Surgery After Delivering Her Baby Early?
Willow has been holding off on scheduling her baby's early delivery for as long as she could, and on the Tuesday, Jan. 31 episode of "General Hospital," her decision may have consequences.
In the ABC promo video, the doctor asks Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael (Chad Duell) if they are ready to meet their daughter. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Liz (Rebecca Herbst) prepares a patient for surgery.
In the previous episode, Willow learned that her C-section was moved up, and she would be heading into surgery immediately.
Once she delivers her baby, the doctors are expected to pull stem cells from the placenta and umbilical cord to treat her leukemia.
However, Willow must survive childbirth to give doctors a chance to treat her cancer. It appears Elizabeth will be on hand to prep Willow for the procedure, but will she have to prepare Willow for another surgery if there is an issue during the C-section?
Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) believes someone can help her regain her memory. "General Hospital" spoilers Carolyn (Denise Crosby) blasts Nikolas (Marcus Coloma).
Viewers are aware that Nikolas wants Carolyn to suppress Esme's memories so she doesn't remember her past. Although he insisted Carolyn would be helping Liz stay out of trouble by making sure Esme doesn't regain her memory, Carolyn was hesitant to go through with the plan.
It appears once Carolyn meets Esme and learns that she is pregnant, Carolyn will be more certain than ever that she does not want to mess with the young woman's mind.
Will Carolyn refuse to manipulate Esme's memories, or will Nikolas convince her to follow the plan?
Other "GH" spoilers reveal Drew (Cameron Mathison) assists Curtis (Donell Jones), Esme gets a shock, and Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) is suspicious.
"General Hospital" airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
