Chinese gaming studio miHoYo surprised "Genshin Impact" fans when it revealed a handful of new characters coming to the hit gacha game recently. Interestingly, dataminers leaked some more and claimed that these new characters would be introduced to the game through patch 2.0.
The info dump was shared by industry insider Project Celestia on Twitter. The leak contains different renders and information about new characters arriving in the game soon. This includes details about Gorou, an upcoming character, who might be introduced as the first Geo bow-user in the hit gacha game.
In the render, Gorou is shown as a young lad with animal ears garbed in a piece of clothing apparel, which appears like it's Japanese-inspired. Based on rumors, Gorou is a bow user from Inazuma and is believed to be the leader of the resistance against Vision confiscation. Based on Kazuha's voice lines, Gorou is behind Kazuha's escape from the region.

He is also rumored to be responsible for putting Kazuha in touch with the Crux Fleet and Beidou. Apart from those, Gorou would be reportedly introduced as a 5-star character in "Genshin Impact" 2.0. Another character apparently coming to the game in patch 2.0 is Sara. So far, information about her is scarce. It appears that Sara is an Electro character working for the Raiden Shogun.

Sara is reportedly a villain and a playable character just like Tartaglia or Childe. In addition, the insider also mentioned Kokomi arriving in the upcoming patch. Because of the character's design, some fans believed that she could be a redesign of the previously leaked character Mimi. Kokomi is believed to be a Hydro Catalyst user.

She is the head priestess of the Grand Narukumi Shrine in Inazuma. Rumors have it that Yae is a 5-star Electro Catalyst user.
