'Genshin Impact' Guide: Tips And Tricks On How To Play Rosaria
KEY POINTS
- Rosaria can be built as a Main DPS or Sub-DPS/Support unit in “Genshin Impact”
- She can deal staggering amounts of Physical and Cryo damage
- Rosaria can buff her party's CRIT Rate while providing AoE Cryo damage with her Elemental Burst
While “Genshin Impact” may have a surplus of Cryo characters, Rosaria is still able to stand out as either a Main DPS carry or Burst Support unit thanks to her high damage scaling and strong passive bonuses.
For “Genshin Impact” players who are looking for a character with a reliable Cryo application for Melt teams or a Cryo-based physical damage carry, Rosaria is an excellent four-star option. Her ample mobility, decent area-of-effect range and CRIT-heavy skillset make her one of the best DPS options for budget builds.
Here’s a quick rundown of Rosaria’s abilities, best builds and best team compositions for new and old players alike in “Genshin Impact.”
Rosaria’s Playstyle
Rosaria is a versatile damage-dealing character who can fit in many different team compositions. She can be built as an on-field DPS with her strong basic attacks or as a support unit that can continuously deal Cryo damage while off-field.
Players with CRIT-reliant teams can use Rosaria to buff the entire party’s CRIT Rate with her Elemental Burst and one of her ascension passives. Additionally, Rosaria has the highest normal attack scaling values among all spear users, making her great for Superconduct or Chongyun-centric teams.
Best Rosaria Builds
Like most DPS units, Rosaria should be equipped with as much damage stats as possible with the standard 1:2 CRIT stat ratio. However, she can be equipped with an Energy Recharge artifact (preferably on her sands slot) if she’s going to be built as a support unit.
Players can choose between Phys DMG% or Cryo DMG% for the goblet slot. The former is better for a DPS Rosaria, while the latter is more suited for either a support role or a Main DPS role with Chongyun in the team.
As for artifact sets, players can go with any combination of Gladiator, Pale Flame, Bloodstained Chivalry and Blizzard Strayer so long as the primary stats mentioned above are met.
Rosaria Team Compositions
Rosaria works very well as an auto-attack-based physical carry with Electro units like Fischl and Beidou, but she can also fit well with Chongyun as a Cryo-based basic attack unit so long as she stands inside Chongyun’s Elemental Skill.
As a support, Rosaria synergizes well with Pyro carries like Diluc and Yan Fei since they can time Melt procs more easily as opposed to someone like Hu Tao or Xiangling.
