‘Glee’ Season 6 Spoilers: Watch Blaine Join The Warblers In New Promo For Final Season Premiere [VIDEO]
“Glee” is getting ready to say its last goodbye, but not before sending the McKinley High School alums back home. A new promo for the “Glee” Season 6 premiere shows the whole cast back in Ohio. The show moved to New York in Season 5, but something brings everyone home. It seems Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) want to start the glee club again.
The “Glee” Season 6 premiere promo starts with Sue (Jane Lynch) threatening Kurt and Rachel. It seems she’ll, once again, be waging a war against the arts in public schools. As viewers might remember, she took funding away from the glee club last season and turned the choir room into a computer lab.
“You two have just entered Thunderdome,” Sue says. “You will beg for death.”
Another scene in the promo shows Rachel burst into her own rendition of “Let It Go” from “Frozen,” and then viewers see a lot of new shots that look incredibly familiar. The Dalton Academy Warblers make an appearance. Leading them is Blaine (Darren Criss), who also seems to have left New York for his former glee club. If Blaine is coaching the Warblers, he’ll be competing against Kurt and New Directions. That would be a sticky situation for the fiancés -- but their relationship might not be at risk if they’ve already broken up.
The promo also shows Santana (Naya Rivera) and Brittany (Heather Morris) dancing with the Cheerios. If everyone joining their old groups wasn’t enough to warm your heart, all of the McKinley graduates appear to be in a group hug at the end of the video.
“I’ve just always seen the best in you,” Will (Matthew Morrison) says to Rachel. “I think you’re going to like it here.”
