Hallmark Channel’s “Good Witch” returns Sunday night with its Season 5 premiere, and International Business Times has an exclusive clip of the new episode!

In “The Forever Tree: Part 1,” Cassie (Catherine Bell) and Sam’s (James Denton ) wedding finally seems like it’s going to happen, and it’s only days away. The town of Middleton is buzzing with excitement, but there’s still much for everyone to do before the big day arrives.

IBT’s exclusive clip (watch above) from night one of the two-night “Good Witch” premiere shows quite a few of the wedding issues that need to be fixed, and quickly. Inside The Bistro Café, Stephanie (Kylee Evans) goes to get the wedding cake topper to show Abigail (Sarah Power) and Grace (Bailee Madison), but when she returns, the item isn’t looking quite as lovely as she’d described it to them.

The bride is all melted down and burned because Stephanie accidentally left it too close to the oven. “Well, don’t panic,” she says. “I can fix it…I think.”

Not 10 seconds later, another problem arises when Abigail gets a text from the flower delivery company saying the flowers didn’t make it onto the truck, and they’ll be delayed.

Abigail’s sure they’ll still get there on time, but Martha (Catherine Disher), who just walked in, jumps into problem-solving mode and rambles off a bunch of ways she can help. Of course, Abigail says she has it all under control and that no one needs to worry.

“I hope so,” Grace responds, looking nervous about all of the issues.

Directed by T.W. Peacocke and written by Vincent Pagano, here’s what else fans can expect from episode 1 of Season 5 of the Hallmark drama.

“As Cassie and Sam’s wedding approaches, Sam looks for the tree Cassie’s ancestor was married under as a wedding surprise for his bride,” the synopsis reveals. “Grace is troubled when wedding-related hiccups keep occurring, and Sam is skeptical when Cassie’s world-traveling foster brother visits.”

The synopsis continues: “Nick (Rhys Matthew Bond) finds sudden inspiration to focus on his future when he meets a new girl. Abigail opens up to the idea of handing her mayor responsibilities over to Martha, but a handsome stranger puts a wrench in her plans. Meanwhile, Stephanie finds herself smitten by a hospital chaplain.”

The “Good Witch” Season 5 premiere airs on Hallmark Channel on Sunday at 8 p.m. EDT, and part two of the premiere airs on Monday at the same time.
