Grab some tissues, “Grey’s Anatomy” fans, because according to Jesse Williams, you’re definitely going to need them during this week's Season 12 Japril-centric episode.

“This Thursday, it, goes, down!” the actor, who portrays Jackson on the ABC medical drama, captioned a selfie with his “Grey’s Anatomy” co-star Sarah Drew. “#JaprilTheMovie is imminent people! Be ready. Drinking games, tissues, food, sweatpants, tissues, phones for the live tweet session, ALL THAT!”

The actor promised that both he and Drew will be there for fans come Thursday night “because you’ve been there for us for so long.”

The upcoming ABC installment, titled “Unbreak My Heart,” will follow the evolution of April (Drew) and Jackson’s relationship throughout the years over a series of flashbacks. Episode 11 will also unveil the fate of everyone’s favorite Grey Sloan couple.

In the Season 12 winter premiere, which primarily focused on Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) gruesome attack, fans were given a peek at where Jarpil’s relationship stood.

“You served me papers just like that? No warning?” April questioned her husband who unveiled in that episode that he wanted a divorce. But will they find a way to rekindle their relationship? Or ultimately go through with their split? A sneak-peek video for the forthcoming installment, unfortunately, teases the later.

“It’s only been four weeks. Four, Jackson! That’s all the counseling you could handle before bailing? You said you wanted to try!” April says to him after getting served papers in front of her colleagues.

“We did try and it didn’t wok. It didn’t get us anywhere,” he argues. “We’re [having] the same exact fight over and over again in circles. I’m telling you it's not working.”

Audiences will learn if Japril is done for good when “Grey’s Anatomy” airs Season 12, episode 11 on Thursday, Feb. 25, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
