Kyle may have angrily pushed Stephanie out of his hospital room in episode 22 of “Grey’s Anatomy” for breaking his heart, but it looks like the former lovers will rekindle their relationship in the upcoming installment of the ABC series.

In a promo video for Season 12, episode 23, titled “At Last,” audiences can see Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) tending to Kyle (Wilmer Valderrama) before his big surgery. Kyle, a patient who previously had a tumor removed, was readmitted to Grey Sloan Memorial in episode 22 after catching severe meningitis. But it doesn’t look like that’s all Kyle is struggling with.

Stephanie promises her guitar-playing beau in the released promo video that Amelia (Caterina Scoresone) will take care of him during the surgery, which we theorize involves the removal of another tumor.

“She’s got this. You’re going to make it through this. I know it,” she says.

But Kyle is less concerned with his impending operation and more interested in talking about the future — especially his future with Stephanie. He asks the curly-haired surgeon what their “plan” is after he recovers from his operation. Initially Stephanie seems caught off guard, but soon the two are toying with the idea of traveling to Europe for Kyle’s latest gig … or, at least, that’s what Kyle wants!

“I’m a surgeon, not a groupie,” Stephanie jokes, adding that she does want to see him perform and maybe throw her bra on the stage.

“I’ll probably just embarrass you. Acting a fool. Screaming your name in the front row … I’ll throw my bra on the stage,” she teases.

But the jokes come to an end when Kyle tells Stephanie to not get his hopes up if she doesn’t mean them. She answers him with a sweet kiss.

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
