‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Star Giacomo Gianniotti Engaged To Nichole Gustafson

Giacomo Gianniotti is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Nichole Gustafson!

On Sunday, the “Grey’s Anatomy” star confirmed the news via a post on his Instagram account. In the photo, Gianniotti is seen kissing Gustafson on the lips. The actor’s lengthy caption noted revealed that his girlfriend said “yes.” Gianniotti also said that he wouldn’t want to share the rest of his life with anyone else then Gustafson.

Gustafson, a makeup artist, also chronicled the special moment on her Instagram account. In her post, she called her fiancé “my best friend.” She also said that Gianniotti has shown her what true love really is.

In her Instagram story, Gustafson also shared a video of herself walking out of a room leading to a balcony covered in red rose petals. When she finally reaches the venue, she was welcomed with Gianniotti, who had the engagement ring in tow.

Other details about Gianiotti and Gustafson’s relationship have been kept private, but the couple has dated for quite some time. In fact, the two have supported each other in several different ways. Gustafson previously gushed over her fiancé’s accomplishments on social media.

Gianiotti proudly acknowledged the support he has received from his fiancée regardless if it had to do with his acting career or something else. While speaking with Entertainment Tonight in March, the Italian actor said that Gustafson is always present during his mud run obstacles.

“It was great having her here cheering me on – and she had my beer waiting for me as soon as I finished!” he said.

Meanwhile, Gianniotti was cast in ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” as Dr. Andrew DeLuca in 2015. Andrew was previously linked to Maggie (Kelly McCreary), but their relationship did not progress. Andrew later on developed feelings for Jo (Camilla Luddington), but it wasn’t necessarily reciprocated because Jo is madly in love with Karev (Justin Chambers).

In Season 14, Andrew has reunited with his ex-girlfriend, Sam (Jeanine Manson). The two has started hooking up, but more details about their previous relationship have not yet been unveiled.
