‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Star Patrick Dempsey Reunites With Estranged Wife Jillian [PHOTO]

Patrick Dempsey and his estranged wife Jillian may be separated but the two have still remained incredibly supportive of one another. On Tuesday, the former “Grey’s Anatomy” star accompanied Jillian to the first Image Maker Awards at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.

The Marie Claire-hosted event honored Jillian, 41, a makeup artist for Hollywood’s brightest stars, for her impeccable behind-the-scenes work.

“There are makeup artists, and then there are true artists. That’s what it takes to create an image,” actress Kristen Stewart, a client of Jillian's, told Marie Claire. “Jill falls under the latter. There are a few of those in the business.”

In addition to Jillian being a wiz with a blush brush, the beauty icon is also a jewelry designer, sculptor and currently in the process of creating her own cosmetics line.

“I love working with my hands, and creating beauty in everyday life,” she explained to the magazine.

Jillian sported a lacy black dress and blazer to the event — and while she looked stunning, it was who was draped on her arm that really caught the attentions of fans. Patrick, 50, clung to the side of his ex-wife, who filed for divorce in January 2015, throughout the night. The two looked quite content as they posed for pictures together, which ended up getting photo bombed by two of their children.

This was the duo’s first appearance together at an event while broken up. In 2015, the couple released a statement to E! News regarding their breakup.

"It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage," they explained. "Our primary concern remains the well being of our children, and we ask with gratitude that you respect our family's privacy at this very sensitive time."
