'GTA 6' Teaser And 'GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition' Reportedly Coming In November
KEY POINTS
- "GTA 6" is the heavily rumored but unannounced title from Rockstar Games
- The studio has not yet said anything about the game
- Rockstar Games will reportedly tease "GTA 6" in November
While Rockstar Games has not yet revealed the concrete release date of "Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition," it looks like fans could get their hands on the game in November along with the logo reveal of the highly anticipated but unannounced title "GTA 6," according to a new leak.
Many fans are upset that Rockstar Games prioritized the release of its remastered titles than the launch of a new title. While the gaming studio is still silent about anything related to "GTA 6," a new leak on Reddit revealed the release date of the game's official logo as well as the concrete release date of "GTA: The Trilogy-The Definitive Edition."
On Reddit, a user who goes by the name Ok-Crow8060 shared a screenshot of a post that offered details about the upcoming titles from Rockstar Games. According to the image, the gaming studio will release the full trailer on Oct. 22 while the game will be available on Nov. 16.
The anonymous Reddit user also claimed that fans will finally hear an update about "GTA 6" on Nov. 23. Rockstar Games will reportedly tease the heavily anticipated "GTA" title with the game's official logo.
This supposed "GTA 6" tease will be on the gaming studio's official Twitter account and Newswire. The anonymous Reddit user also revealed the Nov. 16 release date of "GTA: The Trilogy-The Definitive Edition" could still change and said that a "delay may happen."
While the information seems exciting, some fans do not believe the leaker's claim. Rockstar Games has a full plate in terms of the "Grand Theft Auto" franchise. The studio is set to release "GTA 5: Expanded And Enhanced Edition" and "GTA: The Trilogy-The Definitive Edition." The latter is coming sometime before 2021 ends while the former is scheduled to roll out in Mar. 22, 2022.
Some fans believe that it's unlikely for the studio to announce "GTA 6" before the release of the next-gen version of "GTA 5."
Since Rockstar Games has not said anything about "GTA 6," fans should take the latest leak as speculative. There has been a lot of claims about the official reveal of "GTA 6" and right now, the safest way to know about the game is through official channels.
