'GTA Online' Players Getting Rich But Are Visually Troubled Counting Their Cash
KEY POINTS
- "GTA Online" players having difficult time counting their virtual money
- Rockstar Games have yet to respond to complaint of gamers
- Rockstar Games developers busy working on porting of "GTA 5" for upcoming consoles
Rockstar Games has made a lot of "GTA Online" players happy when they started offering them free money. Several gamers have become rich although they are having a hard time figuring out just how much they made. There are missing symbols when they check their earnings. It does become dizzying and now players are hoping to see a proper update soon.
Some "GTA Online" gamers aired their complaints on Reddit. One said that they need a real update which was the basic addition of commas in their main display. Another mentioned how they needed to pause playing to see just how much they have on their end. In all, it has become an inconvenience for players to properly determine just how much virtual money they have.
It is an uncanny complaint from "GTA Online" gamers but something that Rockstar Game developers can easily address. They are busy with other things right now such as porting "Grand Theft Auto 5" to its third console generation. This is to ensure that "GTA 5" will be playable on the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X once they are launched.
It remains to be seen if game developers would act on this matter, something that could be simpler since it involves graphics for the proper denomination. Rockstar has been generously offering gamers free money for months, usually in six to seven-figure numbers. There are even events where some would collect millions. Summing all that up on one account, one can just imagine how a "GTA Online" player would have difficulty trying to manage his virtual finances online.
The apparent intent of offering free money is to make it easier for players to get some items on "GTA Online" for better gameplay. But of course, not all gamers are willing to spend big even if it is only virtual money.
And at the rate that Rockstar is shelling out cash, it seems that most are getting overwhelmed with the figures they are getting. Some may be saving up for something big, like maybe classy vehicles or upgrades.
