Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are now living together in their new family home, which they bought together last year.
Stefani and Shelton have been dating for the last five years. This year, the lovers are taking their relationship to the next level by moving into their shared mansion in Los Angeles.
"They are very happy to be settled at last in their family home," a source told Us Weekly.
"Gwen wanted to be moved in for the start of the school year, even though the kids are doing school at home because of COVID-19."
Stefani and Shelton's home in California is "very warm and inviting with a lot of space for the boys to tumble around and get dirty," the source added. Both artists also have their own closets in their new abode.
"Gwen has a glam closet any woman would love to have. And Blake’s closet isn’t so shabby either," the insider continued.
"They are truly happy as a family and it’s the new beginning Gwen needed."
Stefani and Shelton purchased a $13.2 million property in Los Angeles last year. The 13,000-square-foot property sits on a private 1.6-acre lot.
The couple's mansion will also be the new home of Stefani's three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, Kingston 14, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, 6.
The "Hollaback Girl" singer's boys look up to Shelton. He has earned their respect as a "father figure" and has gone from being their friend to being a "serious parental influence," the tipster added.
On Father's Day, Stefani penned a warm message dedicated to "The Voice" judge for forming a close bond with her kids. She thanked Shelton for helping her raise her boys.
The "God Gave Me You" singer said the post was a "scary moment" for him because it made him reflect on his role as a parent to Stefani's children.
"It’s one thing to be with the kids all the time and be their buddy, but you do have to consider after a while that they start to listen to things that you say," Shelton said.
"There’s a lot of responsibility that comes with that which is new to me."
