[Warning: Spoilers Alert]

In the previous episode of “Haikyuu” Season 4, Kageyama looked lost when the episode started. He was seen introspecting his life. He is aware that people have set the bar too high for him. He was being called “A promising genius setter in Miyagi Prefecture!” by a local daily and the pressure was always mounting.

Meanwhile, Hinata was keenly observing the practice sessions. He was amazed when Tsukishima gets yelled at as he never expected that. But, Tsukishima’s recovery startled Hinata. He was surprised to see his serious setting.

Later, the players were informed that since coach Saito from Shiratorizawa was not feeling well, they will be doing a joint practice match. Saito ate some bad oysters and that affected his body. It was the last day of their five-day camp. The boys were excited to face the junior students and alumni of Shiratorizawa.

In the meantime, Hinata mustered the courage to approach Ushijima. He asked Ushijima about his mental state when he is receiving the ball. The Miracle Boy from Shiratorizawa is known for speaking his mind bluntly.

Kageyama continued his great form in the court with his strong left side while Hoshiumi was showing his great setting skills. Elsewhere, Kageyama was surprised to witness his upgraded skills, he felt that everyone around him was good and that was helping him rise to their level.

Hinata asked Tsukki if they will practice more but the latter told him that taking a break was part of their practice schedule.

Towards the end of the episode, Kageyama and Hinata connected at a deeper level.

“Haikyuu!!” Season 4 episode 6 is slated to telecast on Friday, Feb. 14 at 12:45 p.m. Viewers can live stream the upcoming episode on Crunchyroll. Currently, the episodes of the current seasons are available in Japanese with English subtitles.
