Work commitments may be hurting Halle’s Berry’s marriage to husband Olivier Martinez. Berry has been busy working on a new CBS series, “Extant,” in Los Angeles, while Martinez is working on a guest role for hit ABC show “Revenge.”

A source tells Daily News’ Confidenti@l that the couple has been living separate lives recently. People began questioning their relationship after noticing that they have not been spotted out together in months. They were last seen together for a night out on the town Dec. 7, when they watched a performance of "The Lion King," two months after Berry gave birth to their son. The 47-year-old actress had their first child, Maceo, in October.

At Oscars events in Beverly Hills, Martinez was not present alongside his wife, and when she spoke during an interview, she made no mention of him. She also did not have her wedding ring on. When asked about motherhood, she told E!, "It's a whole new life for me now all over again, have a new little baby again. I'm surprised I had the one I just had! So I doubt God is going to bless me again, I think I'm done!"

Berry has a daughter from a previous relationship who will turn eight on Sunday.

Regarding juggling family and a busy career, Berry said, "You know, I'm working on a television show now, so I'm juggling working and being a mom and breast feeding while I'm working." The CBS drama "Extant" is expected to air in the summer, and is directed by Steven Spielberg.

Martinez and Berry have been dating since the fall of 2010 after working together on the film “Dark Tide.” They married last July during an intimate ceremony in France attended by 60 guests.
