Heather Watson Reveals ‘Amazing Link’ To Prince Harry’s Wife Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle has an amazing link to British tennis player Heather Watson.

The former British no. 1 recently revealed that people mistake her for the Duchess of Sussex when she’s walking on the streets.

“So I was in Birmingham shopping a few months ago and someone stopped me. I was buying makeup and someone went, ‘Oh my God, are you Meghan Markle?’ and I’m like, ‘No, but thank you!’” she said (via Express).

The athlete said that she’s surprised that some people mistake her for Prince Harry’s wife, but she’s happy that they share a resemblance.

“I can’t believe it. I’ve had it quite a fair bit on Twitter and I’m so riding this wave. Anyone can call me Meghan. I’ll take it. She’s gorgeous,” she said.

But Markle is not the only woman that Watson is always mistaken for. She said that some people also think she resembles Manchester United player Jesse Lingard.

“I also get Jesse Lingard which I’m not as pleased about,” she said.

Meanwhile, Watson also opened up about the Platinum pad, a product that she uses on a regular basis.

“I’m always active and wouldn’t have any fear leaking anywhere which is important to me because I’m always on the court playing. It’s got this new highly absorbent core which is important when you have those heavy days. There’s no stress so you feel comfortable and safe wearing it,” she said.

In related news, Markle also made headlines this week after her throwback photo wearing a polka-dot pajama was released online. The snap was taken three years ago and was featured on Canadian magazine Flare.

Prior to dating Prince Harry, Markle has sworn by the comfortable look. She talked about it on now-debunked Lifestyle blog, The Tig.

“I love it. It speaks of that Californian relaxed feeling I’ve grown up with but taken up to that really chic level. If you can pull it off and no one’s gonna say you look like you should still be in bed, then go for it!” she wrote.
