Cara Delevingne has been labeled as the "go-to it-girl" of the fashion industry and has walked and modeled for many famous brands including Victoria's Secret, Chanel and Burberry.

But the model has also made headlines for her love life, having been romantically linked to several actresses and singers over the years.

In celebration of her 30th birthday this Friday, here's a list of Delevingne's girlfriends, from official to rumored relationships.

1. Michelle Rodriguez

Delevingne had a sweet but short romance with "Fast and the Furious" star Michelle Rodriguez. In early 2014, they were spotted together on numerous occasions, including a trip to the London Zoo and tuk-tuk racing.

Their relationship was confirmed by Rodriguez during a February 2014 interview with The Mirror, where the actress said that their romance was going "really well" and that they had the "best time together."

However, the romance ended after six months together.

2. St. Vincent

Delevingne began dating musician St. Vincent in 2015. It seemed that their relationship became serious as the "Paper Towns" star expressed her love for St. Vincent in an interview in 2016.

"I'm completely in love ... Before, I didn't know what love was – real love," Delevingne told British Vogue at the time.

She continued, "I didn't understand the depth of it. I always used to think it was you against the world. Now I know the meaning of life is love. Whether that's for yourself or for the world or your partner."

The pair called it quits in September 2016 after 18 months of dating.

3. Ashley Benson

Delevingne and Ashley Benson were first romantically linked after being spotted together in 2018. Though they initially kept their romance low-key, they later began sharing via social media photos of each other getting cozy.

Delevingne made their relationship Instagram official on their first year anniversary as a couple in 2019. However, she and Benson split in 2020 after two years together.

4. Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus and Delevingne's fling remains a mystery to fans to this day.

In 2013, following her breakup with Liam Hemsworth, the "Party in the USA" singer posted a photo of her and the model licking each other's tongues. However, Cyrus and Delevingne never confirmed the rumors that they dated.

5. Paris Jackson

Prior to her relationship with Benson in 2018, the "Suicide Squad" actress was romantically linked to singer-actress Paris Jackson.

Delevingne and Jackson were spotted packing on PDA in Hollywood in March of that year. But despite the speculations, the daughter of Michael Jackson tweeted that they were "never officially exclusive."

6. Sienna Miller

Delevingne and her best friend Sienna Miller reportedly made out at Temple Bar in New York in January.

An unnamed source told Page Six that the model and Miller looked like they "were together" but claimed that Delevingne also made out with a guy at their table.

"It was like fluid friends. Sienna made out with this tall guy, and then she made out with Cara," the source told the outlet. "It was like a fun night out."

Delevingne's and Miller's representatives have yet to comment on the report.

7. Minke

In June, Delevingne sparked dating rumors when she was spotted kissing singer Minke — whose real name is Leah Mason — while vacationing in Portofino, Italy, according to Page Six.
