'Heroes Reborn' Spoilers: Episode 9 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In 'Sundae, Bloody Sunday'? [VIDEO]

Claire Bennet’s (Hayden Panettiere) children, Tommy (Robbie Kay) and Malina (Danika Yarosh), are being hunted by Erica Kravid (Rya Khilstedt) on “Heroes Reborn.” Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) will try to find them in time to reveal their destiny of saving the world before it’s too late in episode 9, titled “Sundae, Bloody Sunday.”

In episode 8 it was revealed that by going back to the past, Bennet changed a few things in present day when he shot Erica and injured her. His partner for most of the season, Quentin (Henry Zebrowkski), is now working with Erica, but Bennet is unaware of this. Bennet revealed that Claire had two twins and Quentin was quick to report this to Erica.

According to the synopsis, Bennet will first try to find Tommy to reveal to him that it’s going to be up to him to save the world before a solar event wipes out all life on Earth. Tommy and Bennet have met before but Tommy’s memory was wiped to prevent him from trying to save his stepfather Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka). Erica will try to get to Tommy and Malina first because only they can stop her from executing her evil plan of choosing who survives the solar event.

While at work, Emily (Gatlin Green) runs into Joanne (Judi Shekoni) once again. Joanne will be out for more blood and will likely also be looking to kill Tommy after he saved Emily the first time they ran into Joanne and Luke (Zachary Levi). Luke and Malina will continue on their new journey together to find Tommy, but the two will be separated following a “violent encounter.” Could this encounter happen at the ice cream shop Emily works at?

Carlos (Ryan Guzman) will continue to search for his kidnapped nephew along with Capt. Dearing (Dylan Bruce). This search will lead to Carlos crossing paths with an old hero Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg), who now works for Erica. Will Parkman discover who Erica really is and help Carlos?

Erica’s daughter Taylor (Eve Harlow) found out the truth about her mother and she wants to share that secret to the world. However, after putting a message out on the internet, Taylor will be taken by an underground group.
