A Tiktoker shared her horrifying experience of a crab getting trapped in her ears while snorkeling in San Juana and the video has gone viral on social media.

The video posted by @wesdaisy shows the crustacean crawling out of the woman's ears, and has gathered more than 2.3 million views since it was posted early this week. The bizarre incident happened while the woman who was a tourist in Puerto Rico went snorkeling.

The video captioned with hashtags, "I can't believe it" and "trip canceled" shows a person who appears to be a doctor trying to help the woman out with a pair of tweezers while she is still standing on a beach, New York Post reported. The one-minute video posted with the popular TikTok song "Oh no oh no oh no no no" shows the doctor probing the woman's ears while trying to calm her down as she flinches. The doctor could be heard warning her "this is gonna hurt."

After several attempts at fishing out the thing trapped inside her ear canal and as the viewers eagerly wait, a tiny crab suddenly pops out of the woman's ear before it jumps onto the floor. The video ends by showing the woman in disbelief and in pain to see the tiny creature that got trapped in her ears, Indian Express reported.

The video might be disturbing to watch for some viewers, discretion is advised.

Meanwhile, the footage has left some viewers in disgust and in disbelief. After watching the terrifying video, many viewers have shared their fear and some even said they are planning to strike-off snorkeling from their bucket list.

"New fear unlocked," a viewer said, while another commented, "I am flopping around as if it got on me." Another viewer thanked the woman for the warning and said "Earplugs when in the water while on vacation."

The video, which became popular on Tiktok, was also widely shared on other social media platforms like Twitter. "Just watched a girl get a crab pulled out of her ear … this is why I don’t leave the house," a viewer who shared the video on Twitter wrote.
