It looks like Cole Sprouse took a page out of Taylor Swift's book because he's shaking off rumors that he and fellow "Riverdale" co-star Lili Reinhart broke up.

Entertainment Tonight's Katie Krause caught up with the 27-year-old at Variety's Power of Young Hollywood event at The H Club Los Angeles on Tuesday and flat out asked, "How annoyed were you by all those rumors?"

"No, I don't care," Sprouse responded. "That's the nature of our industry."

"I think you have to poke fun of it a little bit," he added. "It's kind of something you sign up for... but as long as can keep it fun and light, it's all good."

Although Sprouse did not explicitly state that he is, in fact, dating his 22-year-old co-star, he didn't shy away when asked what his plans were for her upcoming birthday.

Krause recalled a poem Reinhart had written for Sprouse and asked the "Riverdale" star, "How will you top the poem?"

"I'm not a poet, I do not write," he admitted before reassuring fans (and Lili), "I'll figure out something beautiful."

Rumors that Sprouse and Reinhart split swirled after the two attended Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con party in San Diego in July. Multiple sources confirmed the breakup and claimed that the co-stars "kept their distance" and were "rarely" seen together.

Shortly after the news hit media, Reinhart and Sprouse shared identical photos with separate captions to Instagram which seemingly poked fun at the gossip surrounding their relationship.

"BREAKING: A reliable source has confirmed that none of you know [expletive]," Reinhart wrote.

Meanwhile, Sprouse captioned the photo, "UNPRECEDENTED: Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart consume the flesh of ‘reliable sources’ to fuel their bacchanalian sex cult."

"Riverdale" Season 4 is slated to premiere October on The CW.
