How Did Ivanka Trump Celebrate Her Birthday?
Ivanka Trump is officially 39-years-old, but her celebrations for her big day were spent on the campaign trail as the final days before the Presidential election dwindle down.
Trump, who has served as an adviser to her father, President Donald Trump, throughout his first term in office, spent her big day on Oct. 30 at rallies in Wisconsin and Michigan, and she announced her plans on Twitter, where she also stated that the “Best birthday present” would be to get her father re-elected for another term in office.
However, while she will likely to have to wait beyond Nov. 3 to see if her birthday wish will come true, it appears that some weren’t supportive of her hopes anyway, with many criticizing her father’s presidency and stating they wouldn’t give him another term—while others also took issue with her talking about her birthday at all when more than 200,000 Americans have died already from the COVID-19 Pandemic, as well as the family separation policy at the border that has also led to criticism of the administration.
Ivanka isn’t the only member of the Trump family to recently celebrate a birthday that received criticism. Her younger half-sister, Tiffany, from her father’s second marriage to Marla Maples, turned 27 on Oct. 13, and not only did her sister send a birthday wish to the wrong Twitter account, but the law school graduate also got some criticism when her birthday celebrations in Miami showed up on social media.
The maskless party became the focus of a Meidas Touch political ad against her, which also led to a trending #ByeTiffany at the time.
The Trumps aren’t the only ones who have received some flack for their birthdays of course. Kim Kardashian, who turned 40 on Oct. 21, has also faced criticism after revealing she and several loved ones celebrated on a private island.
