‘How To Get Away With Murder’ Season 3 Spoilers: Charlie Weber Talks About Frank And Annalise’s Intense Reunion, Teases What’s Next

ABC’s “How To Get Away With Murder” is finally going to give fans what they want: A reunion between tough-as-nails lawyer Annalise Keating and her former investigator Frank Delfino in Season 3, episode 8.

After Frank (Charlie Weber) tried to prove his loyalty by framing Charles Mahoney’s son for his father’s murder, Annalise (Viola Davis) still didn’t welcome the cold blooded killer in her house. She was even more angry to discover that Bonnie (Liza Weil) had sex with him during her time in Coalport.

What will Frank do now?

“He’s going to do what he can to get back in with everyone,” Weber told TVGuide. “He does another gesture to show that he’s still on their side. He’s trying to find his way back to Annalise and Bonnie and the house and everyone, and he knows the only way to do that is to show his loyalty.”

However, Frank’s gesture will lead to dire consequences. Weber revealed that in Thursday’s episode of “How To Get Away With Murder” Season 3, Frank is ready to do something desperate.

What about Frank’s relationship with Laurel (Karla Souza)? In episode 7, he went to Bonnie for comfort and support but she made it clear that she wants nothing to do with him. “Get out!” she screamed to the hitman. Desperate for any human connection, Frank showed up at his former lover’s apartment only to find her telling Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch) that she loves him.

“It’s pretty messy,” Weber told Entertainment Weekly about Frank and Laurel’s reunion. “He’s there to tell Laurel some things about how he feels about her. He’s going to have to deal with the fact that she’s with someone else and those lingering feelings that people have for each other. We’ll see how she reacts to what he says.”

What about Frank’s reunion with Annalise? The episode 8 promo clearly shows the former employer and employee meeting face-to-face. “It’s ridiculously intense,” Weber teased. “It’s been culminating the whole season and leading up to that moment when those two see each other.”
