Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) is going to have her hands full again on “How To Get Away With Murder” Season 1 episode 6. According to the latest synopsis, she’ll have to deal with Wes (Alfred Enoch) figuring out that Sam (Tom Verica) was the naked man on Lila’s phone. He is angry that she kept the phone from the authorities to protect her husband, but she “must convince him to get back in line” to solve their newest case.

It isn’t just Lila’s murder case that’s personal this week. Annalise’s client is from the projects and now on death row. They’re working on an appeal that could save his life—but Asher’s (Matt McGorry) father is the one who got him sentenced to death.

In a sneak peek video, Annalise tells her team that they are working on their first appeal. They have three days to put a case together that could save this man’s life.

“I hope you’re all rested and focused because what we accomplish in the next 72 hours will determine David’s fate,” Annalise warns.

Their client, David, sits down with Annalise in prison. He immediately asks her about food. He is considering steak for his last meal, but he is still deciding. “I’ve taken votes from everyone who visits. What would your last meal be?” David asks.

“What if I said you could have them all? …The court called,” Annalise said. “They’re going to give us one more shot.”

This episode won’t just deal with Asher’s father. He’ll be part of the flash forwards as well. “We find out exactly where Asher was on the night of the murder,” the synopsis teases.
