How Kate Middleton Plans To Replace Queen Elizabeth When Prince William Becomes King
While members of the royal family like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have found themselves at the center of scandalous headlines, it appears Kate Middleton has been strategically avoiding drama since she married into the royal family.
Kate’s husband, Prince William, is expected to become King someday, and according to a royal source, the Duchess of Cambridge is looking forward to the day she can become queen.
According to Tatler magazine, an insider claimed Kate has been preparing herself for the day when Prince William becomes King and has been trying to imitate Queen Elizabeth. “She models herself on the Queen and now speaks like the Queen,” the source revealed.
The insider went on to tell reporter Anna Pasternak that Kate avoids causing disruption in the royal family. “I’ve spent quite a lot of time around Kate, and she is impenetrable. There is nothing to like or dislike,” the tipster explained.
“She has a ruthless survival streak, just like the House of Windsor. It’s why she is so well suited. She keeps her head down because the prize of being queen is so great.”
Last year, Omid Scobie claimed 2020 was supposed to be a big year for Kate, who was expected to announce new charitable projects.
“I spoke to Kensington Palace aides recently just on what is on the horizon for Kate. They said, really the first and second quarter of 2020 is going to be a real serious focus on the Early Years development project that she has been involved in,” she said during an appearance on the Heir Pod podcast.
“We are really going to see her actively involved in several engagements, she’ll be very happy with that. I think it is great because of course, she is a mum, she has three kids and has a very busy plate as it is. But I think to see her taking on, even more, I think is needed at this time.”
However, the coronavirus has put a stop to public events for members of the royal family for the time being.
