Meghan Markle has learned how to toughen up even before she joined the royal family.

While speaking with Express, children’s book author Melanie Greene said that the Duchess of Sussex’s background in acting helped her not to become weak or frail especially in public.

“The acting industry is very difficult and harsh, you need to be really good and determined to get a role, to make a name in this industry. When you go from audition to audition, you got to be tough, you got to believe in yourself, and have to know that you can do it,” she said.

Greene added that when actresses go in front of the camera, they don’t get any opportunities to be weak or frail. The author said that Markle is tough and she is also very kind-hearted.

“Meghan made it to what she is and she can now inspire people saying ‘yes you can,’ ‘you too can achieve your dreams.’ This girl was speaking out for women and children when she was only a teenager, there are videos of her speaking at the UN way before meeting Harry. ” she said.

According to Greene, being tough is not something that Markle picked up after she became a Duchess. Rather, she worked hard to achieve this. She has also provided a platform for other people and has inspired them to toughen up.

The royal author also said that it was Prince Harry who learned how to be tough after marrying his wife. The Duke of Sussex must have also been very inspired by how kind-hearted Markle is.

Markle and Prince Harry tied the knot on May 19, 2018, at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Shortly after their blissful union, the royal couple was plagued with controversies.

It was reported that Prince Harry fought with Prince William over the “Suits” alum. Reports also claimed that Markle and Kate Middleton also had a disagreement months ago.
