Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie both enjoyed Glastonbury.

Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice have been spotted partying at Glastonbury Festival, which kicked off yesterday, over the years. However, the royals don’t always have an easy ticket to join the celebration.

According to Anna Kretschmer of Express, in 2017, Princess Eugenie had to beg the Queen’s permission to allow her to the world-famous festival because that year, the first day coincided with the last day of Royal Ascot. Due to the conflict of schedule, Princess Eugenie had to skip the royal event and needed the Queen’s permission.

The Queen allowed Princess Eugenie to head off for the five-day festival. Meanwhile, her older sister Princess Eugenie stayed with the Queen for the final day of the prestigious race event despite telling the sources that she was “keen to go.”

In 2013, Princess Harry also partied at the same event and was spotted dancing with supermodel Kate Moss. Prince William’s brother was seen partying at the secret Rabbit Hole tent, an Alice in the Wonderland themed club which keeps its opening times and bar locations under wraps.

Prince Harry wore a trilby hat and sunglasses in an effort to keep a low profile. Two security guards were with him on the said outing.

“Prince Harry was great actually. I recommended that he should go on into the night, because the nightlife is what Glastonbury is all about,” Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis said.

“I told him to get his driver to come back at five in the morning and – do you know what? – he lasted until four. His friends were all having a great time. He didn't want to make a formal thing of being here.”

Prince Harry was dating Cressida Bonas at the time. She was seen in a low-key attire and enjoying the festival with Prince Harry’s cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

It remains unknown if Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie would visit the festival this year. Just recently, Prince Harry made an appearance at the National Geographic event without his wife, Meghan Markle, shortly after announcing their family’s Africa tour.
