How Princess Diana Flirted With Another Man With Prince Charles, Queen Mother Around

Princess Diana once flirted with another man while Prince Charles and Queen Mother were with her.

In the book “Diana - Closely Guarded Secret,” the Princess of Wales’ former protection officer, Ken Wharfe, said that Princess Diana was so attracted to her good friend, Oliver Hoare.

Royal expert Tina Brown described Hoare as a good looking, dashing, and successful art dealer who was also friends with the Prince of Wales. During some of Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s fights, Hoard served as an intermediary for the couple.

In the book, Wharfe said, “The Princess was instantly attracted to him… Diana later confessed to me that she felt a little shy when, at Windsor, she shook his hand for the first time and had blushed as she flirted with him. That conversation ended abruptly when Charles and the Queen Mother joined them.”

Wharfe suggested that Princess Diana and Hoare eventually got into a relationship. And if things were never official between them, they at least hooked up.

The protection officer said Princess Diana once smuggled Hoare into the Kensington Palace without the knowledge of his wife, children, and the other members of the royal family.

During another occasion, Wharfe said that he once saw Hoare half-naked in the palace corridors after Princess Diana didn’t allow her to smoke inside her bedroom.

But years later, Princess Diana and Hoare stopped caring about what other people saw and thought about their relationship. Princess Diana’s former private secretary, Patrick Jephson, said that Hoare once parked his car outside the palace.

Meanwhile, Princess Diana also made headlines this week after her failed marriage to Prince Charles was revisited. In the book “The Queen and Di: The Untold Story,” royal author Ingrid Seward said that Princess Diana lost all of her confidence and she started feeling inadequate during her honeymoon with the future King.

During her conversation with the late royal, Princess Diana said that she wasn’t happy or thrilled to be around the royals at that time.
