Ian Somehalder Spending Christmas With Nina Dobrev? 'Vampire Diaries' Stars' Rumored Holiday Plans Revealed

Don't hold your breath Nian fans-- but one report is claiming that the stars of the CW's "The Vampire Diaries," actors Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, might be planning to privately spend Christmas together.

According to a report from CelebDirtyLaundry.com, the actors, who in recent months have been rumored to be rekindling their former three-year romance, could possibly get together over the holidays. "Whatever Ian and Nina now share is most certainly going to remain private but from what we’re hearing, they will be making time for each other this Christmas holiday season," reads the report.

While Somerhalder, 35, has yet to comment on his alleged Christmas plans with his female co-star, Dobrev hasn't been shy about sharing what she has been up to during the holidays. The 24-year-old actress has been continually updating her fans on social media this week by posting images of her "friends christmas" snowboard vacation with actress Julianne Hough and her former boyfriend of six weeks, "Dancing With the Stars" professional, Derek Hough.

"It's all about perspective. From what I see, it looks like fun :)" Dobrev last posted on her WhoSay account Monday, alongside an image of herself with the Hough family reflected in her winter sport goggles.

The duo last sparked reconciliation rumors earlier this month after Dobrev publicly wished Somerhalder a happy birthday on social media. "Happy Bday Smoudly!" tweeted Dobrev, adding, "Hope you had a beautiful day filled w/smiles+gluten free cake! But not too much cake, we're on the CW :P @IanSomerhalder."
