‘Inn Love By Christmas’ Lifetime Movie Premiere: Trailer, Synopsis, Cast

“It’s A Wonderful Lifetime” continues with the premiere of the newest holiday film, “Inn Love By Christmas,” starring Jonna Walsh and Jesse Hutch.

Walsh will be a new face to Lifetime movie fans, as this will be her first film on the network. She has appeared on Hallmark Channel in the past, however, in the film “A Feeling of Home,” as well as the holiday movie “The Spruces and the Pines.” She may also be recognized for her role as Zoey on Freeform’s former series “Baby Daddy.”

However, fans will definitely find Hutch familiar, as he has been in several Lifetime projects and holiday movies over the years, including “A Very Vintage Christmas,” “Finding My Daughter,” “The Lost Wife of Robert Durst” and “Becoming Santa.” He could also be recognized for his role in Hallmark Channel’s “Chateau Christmas,” or as Jimmy Riley from “American Dreams.”

So what will happen when these two team up for their first project together, as well as Walsh’s first on Lifetime?

“Mandy Leeds (Walsh), a successful young woman living in Miami, is climbing her way up the corporate ladder in the hotel industry. Though she doesn’t get back to her small northern hometown much, this year her Gram (Jayne Eastwood) is able to finally convince her to come home for Christmas,” a synopsis reads. “Mandy has another reason too—the quaint local inn is for sale, and she wants to acquire it for her company.”

However, her journey home will have an unexpected—and seemingly unpleasant—surprise as well.

“With her eyes on the prize, Mandy travels back home, but on her way there, she runs into Lucas Menzino (Hutch)--her high school rival--who also has his eye on the inn as well,” the synopsis says.

Will the rivalry wind up sparking something else new and unexpected? Or will Mandy find herself losing not only the prize but a possible romance as well?

“Inn Love By Christmas” premieres Friday, Dec. 11 at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
