“It’s A Wonderful Lifetime” continues with the premiere of the newest holiday film, “Christmas Ever After,” starring Ali Stroker and Daniel di Tomasso.

The movie will be a treat for Lifetime fans, as it will be introducing them to two new faces, not only to the network but to holiday films as a whole. Neither Stroker nor di Tomasso has featured in either type of project before, though they certainly are well-known for other ventures. Stroker first came onto the scene with the “Glee Project” which she didn’t win but did get her a featured role during one episode of the show’s fourth season. Since then, she has had a variety of television roles, but is best known for her work on the Broadway stage, where she won a Tony Award in 2019 for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role as Ado Annie in “Oklahoma!”

As for di Tomasso, he has also had a variety of television roles over the years. Notable roles included Fletcher Myers on “Dynasty,” Zach Torbett on “Chicago Fire” and Wes Nolan on “Major Crimes.”

So what will happen when these two newbies team up for their first project together and on Lifetime?

“Popular romance novelist Izzi Simmons (Stroker) spends every Christmas at her favorite snowy bed & breakfast, but this year, she’s faced with an impending deadline and a severe case of writer’s block,” a synopsis reads. “Luckily, inspiration strikes in the unlikely form of the B&B’s new owner Matt (di Tomasso), who bears an uncanny resemblance to the handsome hero from Izzi’s novels.”

As she spends more time at the inn and with Matt, Izzi begins to figure out the course of her next novel—and also write an unexpected chapter to her own love story.

“As both partake in the lodge’s annual itinerary of Christmas activities, Izzi’s writer’s block is cured and the first pages of her and Matt’s own love story may just be beginning,” the synopsis continues.

“Christmas Ever After” premieres Sunday, Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
