Inside Channing Tatum, Ex-Wife Jenna Dewan’s Beverly Hills Mansion That They Are Selling For $6 Million

Less than two years after their divorce was finalized, Channing Tatum and ex-wife Jenna Dewan have decided to list their former marital home in Beverly Hills on the market for $6 million.

The New York Times reported Wednesday that the exes have finally listed the property that has been long vacant ever since they separated in 2018. Their asking price was also a shocker since it was the same amount they paid for the mansion when they purchased it in 2015.

Considering the amount of money they spent on renovations, as well as the realtor commissions and carrying costs involved, the former husband and wife are setting themselves up for a monetary loss, according to the outlet.

Tatum and Dewan’s former marital house features an oversized lawn and garden. It also has a glistening pool and spa. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom property has nearly 5,000 square feet of living space. It has a home theater, a large kitchen with a marble island and a wash area that doubles as a bar.

The property is located in the exclusive gated community that is home to other famous personalities and Hollywood stars including Demi Moore, Jon Voight, Jessica Alba and Lisa Vanderpump.

The listing comes days after it was revealed that the “Magic Mike” star shelled out $5.6 million for a secluded three-bedroom, three-bathroom property in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon. The wood farmhouse came fully furnished, and it is said to provide a serene escape thanks to its lush foliage.

The main structure in the 41-year-old actor’s new property features an open kitchen, a dining area with stone walls, a massive family room with a fireplace, a lagoon-style pool, and a sun-kissed master bedroom with en suite bath. The property also has a detached guest house, a sports court and meandering paths for hiking.

Tatum and Dewan, 40, tied the knot in July 2009. They announced their separation in April 2018, and the actress filed for divorce six months later. It was finalized in November 2019. They have a daughter, named Everly Tatum, who is now 7 years old.

Tatum had been dating singer Jessie J on and off for two years before they officially split in October 2020. Meanwhile, Dewan is currently engaged to actor Steve Kazee, the father of her second child, Callum Michael Rebel Kazee, whom they welcomed in March 2020, as per Insider.
