Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle have not yet tied the knot, but the couple has already bought a home for their blended family.
The eldest son of former President Donald Trump and ex-wife Ivana earned his $300 million net worth working as an executive vice president at his father's real estate conglomerate and licensing business, The Trump Organization, and owning a 7.5% stake in Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., according to Celebrity Net Worth (CNW).
Guilfoyle has a considerable fortune of her own, with a CNW estimate putting her net worth at around $25 million.
Last year, Trump, 44, and the 53-year-old former Fox News host-turned-political aide spent $9.7 million to buy an estate in Jupiter, Florida's Admiral's Cove neighborhood, which is about a 20-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, the New York Post reported.
The sale took place less than three months after Trump and Guilfoyle, who have been dating since 2018, left New York City following the results of the 2020 election, the report said. The couple reportedly sold their home in Bridgehampton in Long Island, New York, for $8.14 million before relocating.
The Admiral's Cove community is known for its resort-like lifestyle, with a large marina, 45-hole golf course, tennis courts and dining facilities. The location of the couple’s home is minutes away from Trump National Golf Club, which is also in Jupiter.
The listing of Trump and Guilfoyle's Florida estate stated that the property underwent a “massive update” to include “new clean-white contemporary finishes."
Built in 1995, the home spans a massive 11,270 square feet and features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
It boasts a swimming pool, fireplace and elevator. The property also has a bar, fitness area, a built-in grill and a massage room.
The master suite features a balcony that overlooks the Loxahatchee River and a master bathroom with a whirlpool, spa, and a separate tub and shower.
The couple’s mansion is near the home of Trump’s ex-wife, Vanessa.
Trump has five kids with Vanessa — Donald III, Kai Madison, Spencer Frederick, Tristan Milos and Chloe Sophia.
Guilfoyle shares a son, Ronan, with ex-husband Eric Villency. She was also previously married to California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
In January, an unnamed source told People that Guilfoyle "has been wearing her engagement ring and both are very excited about blending their families." But no date has been set for the wedding, the insider said.
Guilfoyle seemed to hint at the engagement when she shared on Instagram photos in which she sports a large diamond on her ring finger.
"Tonight was extra special celebrating @donaldjtrumpjr's birthday," she wrote. "Don, you are strong, smart, courageous, funny and the love of my life. I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together. Love you."
