Inside The Former Home Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Now Listed For $4.895M
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s former home in California was, reportedly, listed by current owner Kaley Cuoco for sale.
Knock… Knock… Knock.. “Penny,” Sheldon Cooper always says when he visits Penny’s (a character played by Cuoco) place in the sitcom “The Big Bang Theory.” So now, fans are knocking at her door to take a peek on what’s inside this $4.895 million mansion.
Thanks to Stephanie Vitacco, Keller Williams Realty, that would now be possible. Click here to see the snaps.
Cuoco purchased this lavish mansion from Kardashian and Odom in 2014, ET Canada reported.
Located at 19011 Ashurst Lane, Tarazana, CA, this 7,977 square feet home features six beds and nine baths.
Described as an “Exquisite Mediterranean Villa,” the Kardashian and Odom’s former home also features a library/office, home movie theater, dining room and a tech-bar room. The master suite reportedly has 3 custom-made walk-in closets and a fire place. Selling the house also includes placing the six burner stoves, barbeque, dishwasher, double oven, disposal, gas range, microwave, range hood and refrigerator on the list. It has a large kitchen with top-shelf appliances, a dining bar that opens to a large family room, floor-to-ceiling mosaic, fire-place and a breakfast nook.
Interested buyers will not need to worry about the privacy of this home because it is surrounded by mature vegetation, thick hedges and trees encircling the entire property, starting from the entrance gate. The property reportedly has an outdoor space ideal for entertainment. It features multiple shaded areas, sparkling pool with cascading water feature, fire pit, a spa, outdoor kitchen and bar.
Despite the privacy the house offers, new owners will not be deprived of the stunning view of the city lights and the mountains.
This lavish home has a central air and electric cooling system while its heating system includes central, forced air and natural gas. The lot reportedly features landscaped backyard, a lawn, a sprinkler system (in front, rear and on the sides). It also features parking spaces and a patio.
Cuoco is selling this lavish home she bought from former couple, Kardashian and Odom, because she will be moving in with her husband, Karl Cook. This equestrian estate is reportedly on the outskirts of Thousand Oaks, according to Top Ten Real Estate Deals.
Following her acting career —she’s one of the crowd favorites for her roles in “The Big Bang Theory,” “Charmed” and “8 Simple Rules”—Cuoco is now a producer, a career path she’d always dreamed about.
