Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers’ star forward, has currently hopped into a business venture off-court. The seven-time NBA All Star’s towering property that sits on the North Ranch Country Club Estates of Westlake Village, is recently put up for sale.
Measuring a rough 16,000 square feet, Davis' modernized Mediterranean estate was built in 1996 with the rest of its extended area customized later on. The property features a two-story entryway with a curved staircase, LA Times reported.
The stately Westlake house has five bedrooms and an office that imbues a rustic attraction through its strong wood paneling. The home’s grandeur is cemented further by its very own impressive kitchen scheme. Furnished with two islands, the house's gourmet kitchen is unnervingly large-scaled.
The additional outdoor kitchen is also a stunner. The roofed amenity is fitting for some open-air cooking and also includes its own convenient viewing decks that offer views of the neighborhood’s hills.
A guesthouse is situated along with the home’s $1 million infinity edge swimming pool built with dual waterslides that cascade into the pool. The relaxation and pamper area are also sustained by the home’s very own baja deck and spa, as well as an ultramodern home theatre bragging comfy velvet recliners.
What’s truly special about this massive property though, is Davis’ very own indoor basketball gymnasium complete with its own custom viewing box.
Anthony Davis is known as the power forward and center for the Los Angeles Lakers. Currently slated as a seven-time All Star, Davis has two years left in his five-year $127 million contract and can qualify for a $230 million supermax extension, Forbes reported. The LA Lakers’ star maestro also amped up his off-court earnings by signing a multi-year extension with Nike.
Davis’ Westlake estate is listed for $7.995 million, at present.
