Smartphone giant Apple may have just launched it’s iPhone 11 last September, but as early as now people are already starting to get curious about its next smartphone offering — the iPhone 12.

Per a report, though the iPhone 11 has just hit the market, the iPhone 12 concept design is already making waves among Apple’s most loyal fans. The speculated iPhone 12 is expected to be launched by the company next year. There have been no leaks showcasing what the iPhone 12 could really look like. However, a popular YouTube channel, ConceptsiPhone has released a trailer showcasing what they expect the phone to look like once it gets launched.

As depicted in the trailer, it will have an all-new screen with a 99 percent screen-to-body ratio. The concept iPhone is gorgeous with its Pro-Motion XDR display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits for better viewing in sunlight and 505 pixels per inch.

When it comes to screen size, large-screen mobile phones are the trend these days. These larger devices allow individuals to do more and expand their usage beyond typical applications. If these specs were real, it would be a big advantage for this new model.

The iPhone 12 is also speculated to have an all-new camera — a quad-camera system with new 16MP sensors and 3D Depth camera. If these come to life, then we might be seeing the best camera on a smartphone so far. The new body is also expected to have the toughest glass found in any smartphone, front and back. According to the YouTube channel who uploaded the teaser, the new design will be based on the rather iconic iPhone 5s.

Also, for the first time, the in-display Face ID is speculated to be up to 60 percent faster and can be the most secure facial authentication in a smartphone. Apple is also expected to add 5G to its next iteration of iPhones. As of late, 5G technology is still in the early stages of rolling out.

The upcoming batch of iPhones is assumed to be called the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max should Apple follow the same naming scheme used for the iPhone 11 lineup.

The iPhone 11 starts at $699, while the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max cost $999 and $1,099, respectively. A 5G iPhone could mean that the next models would have significant price changes to the already expensive iPhone variants. The Galaxy S10 5G, for example, starts at $1,299. It is $300 more expensive than the Galaxy S10+. Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G also costs $1,299, which is $200 more than the standard Note 10 Plus. So if Apple will push through with its 5G handsets, then the awaited iPhone 12 could also be a hundred dollars more expensive than the iPhone 11 series.

Of course, all of these are just speculations at this point. We'll see if these will actually come true when Apple starts teasing the next flagship iPhone sometime next year.
