They'll come in three sizes

The dummy units show a detail consistent with previous reports: the iPhone 12 series will come in three sizes. These include a 5.4-inch model, two 6.1-inch models and a huge 6.7-inch model.

The 5.4-inch and one 6.1-inch device will be affordable iPhone 12 units, while the other 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch devices will be “Pro” models with better features and higher prices.

They have flat sides

The dummy models reveal that all iPhone 12 models have flat edges like the iPhone 4 or the iPad Pro. The devices might look largely similar to the iPhone 11 series, but the flat edges will make them look and feel different from today's curved-edge iPhones.
