As Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson get ready to host "Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party" on NBC later this month, the pair appeared on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday to promote the special and reflect on the memories they share.

During the interview, Cyrus and Davidson spoke about the time they got matching tattoos in honor of a 2017 "Saturday Night Live" skit where they performed as rapping babies. They told host Jimmy Fallon the tattoos read “we babies,” Insider reported.

"And at the end, our excuse for it all, you know, Larry David said 'What is going on?' And we said, 'We babies,'" Cyrus said. "And for some reason, we looked at each other and were like, 'That's a great tattoo.'"

Davidson revealed that he "burned [his] off," however.

Cyrus wasn’t reluctant to show her devious side either, as she put Davidson's new romance with Kim Kardashian on blast by singing a cover of Yvonne Fair's "It Should Have Been Me."

"Pete Davidson, this song is for you,” she said, making the "SNL" star seemingly uncomfortable. “Pete Davidson, how you gonna do this to me?”
