Jackass fans can rent movies on facebook, not just 'Like' and comment

The complete series of “Jackass” movies can be rented directly on Facebook .

“Jackass” fans can now not just “Like” and “comment” but can rent the movies as well by clicking on “ Rent Movies” on the Jackass Facebook page.

Paramount Pictures have placed the entire catalogue of Jackass The Movie, Jackass 2, Jackass 3 along with the digital only feature Jackass 2.5 and Jackass 3.5.

Any film can be watched from there with the Facebook credits, Facebook’s virtual currency.

"Jackass: The Movie," "Jackass 2" and "Jackass 2.5" cost 30 Facebook credits, or $2.99. Newer "Jackassses" -- "Jackass 3" and "Jackass 3.5" cost 40 Facebook credits, or $3.99.

Facebook is gaining ground as a movie rental platform in the increasingly competitive online movie rental business.

In March, Warner Bros. became the first studio to rent movies through the social networking site.

Movie rental giant Netflix recently shook up its subscription rates and Blockbuster rents and sells movies online. Amazon.com's Amazon Prime includes unlimited streaming of select movies and television shows. Amazon also rents movies online.
