James Deen Laughed At Lindsay Lohan When She Yelled 'Do Your F---ing Job' On 'Canyons' Set [AUDIO]
News broke on Friday that Lindsay Lohan was virtually a terror to work with on the set of “The Canyons.”
While it wasn’t surprising that Lohan was fighting with producers, directors, and co-stars, it was shocking when celebrity-gossip blogger Perez Hilton revealed that the lead male actor in “The Canyons,” porn star James Deen, wasn’t troubled by the occasional redhead’s antics.
Deen even went as far to say that he understood where Lohan was coming from and thought it was funny.
"Hours before the rant she asked why I was doing this movie and I said, 'For fun,'" Perez Hilton quoted Deen as saying. "I meant for personal experience and enjoyment of working on a Bret Easton Ellis movie. I don’t think she understood my intention behind saying, 'For fun,' and thought it meant that I wasn’t going to try."
So Deen wasn’t hurt by the slurs she threw at him?
"Not at all,” he said. “You didn’t hear me laughing on that clip?"
In an audio recording of Lohan’s outburst on “The Canyons” set obtained by TMZ, director Paul Schrader can be heard telling Deen and Lohan, both 26, to practice the scene all the way to the kiss.
"Take it all the way to the kiss,” Schrader said, “'cause that's certainly going to be important."
But things don’t go as planned when Schrader yells, "Action!”
Lohan explodes during the recording: "No, can you do it ... Please James, say your line as you're walking over ‘cause we're doing rehearsal. Do your f---ing job."
Deen tries to respond to an irate Lohan, but she cuts him off before he can get a word in: "I didn't say anything. I said just walk over and do your f---ing job."
That’s when the director has had enough and says, "All right, I've had it ... I'm tired."
Lohan gets the last word, saying, “So have I."
"The Canyons" is set to premiere in theaters this year, but, according to IMDB, a specific date has not yet been slated.
