Actor Jamie Dornan has shared a fun video of himself riding a mechanical bull to celebrate his 40th birthday.

In the video, Dornan can be seen wearing a blue t-shirt and a brown jacket with a matching cowboy hat. After maintaining his balance for about 10 seconds, the actor falls off the mechanical bull with a smile.

In the background, a person with a cowboy hat can be seen recording the "50 Shades of Grey" star, while many others (not visible in the footage) can be heard cheering for Dornan. "This is 40," the actor captioned the video.

Celebs took to the comments section to share their wishes.

Director Drake Doremus simply wrote, "Happy b day buddy!" while actress Eve Hewson commented, "Hahahaa HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMIE!" Singer Laura White wrote, "Happy Birthday cowboy!!" Billie Eilish's brother, singer Finneas, also commented, "Happy birthday baby!"

Actors like Liz Carey, Josh Dallas, Kelly Eastwood, Jude Hill and many more filled the comments section with birthday wishes.

On the personal front, Dornan married musician Amelia Warner in 2013. The couple shares three kids together named Dulcie, 8, Elva, 6, Alberta, 3.

Considering the actor's professional life, he became successful with the erotic romantic drama movie, "Fifty Shades of Grey," which dropped in 2015. Dornan appeared in the TV miniseries, "The Tourist" released on Jan. 1, and is currently filming, "Heart of Stone" with actress Gal Gadot.

After Daniel Craig retired as James Bond, Dornan was rumored to be the next James Bond. Last month, the actor reacted to the rumors.

"It’s fun and it’s a cool thing to be in the mix for that sort of thing," Dorman said. "I do think it’s very transparent in terms of if you look at that list, there’s not one person on that list who doesn’t have some content at the moment that’s doing well."

The actor also shared the audience was very judgmental when it comes to actors playing roles in major franchises, including James Bond.

"Prejudgment is such a f--king disease," Dornan told the outlet. "It’s a disease in all our culture. In my line of work, sure. But in general, people prejudge people based on f--king anything really, and it’s very sad."
