Jamie Foxx Ditches Katie Holmes For Jessica Szohr At Oscars After-Parties

Katie Holmes who? Jamie Foxx showed up at the Oscars after-parties with actress Jessica Szohr, fueling speculations that the actor and the “Dawson’s Creek” alum may have already broken up.

When Foxx attended the many parties following the 91st Academy Awards on Feb. 24, he dropped a bombshell when he disclosed to a crowd that he’s “single.”

The 51-year-old actor was at the Entertainment Studios Oscar Gala Supporting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel when he nonchalantly admitted his single status during his half-hour performance, a source told Us Weekly.

During a spiel, Foxx was reportedly talking about married and single couples when he casually said, “I’m single.”

When he showed up at Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Oscars party at West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont, Foxx turned heads because he was accompanied by Szohr. Photographs and a video of the two were shared online by Daily Mail.

The 33-year-old actress was tapped by Foxx to star in his long-delayed directorial debut titled “All-Star Weekend,” so it doesn’t come a surprise that they looked very close and happy at the party.

Earlier that evening, Foxx and Szohr attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party at Wallis Anneberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills together. Prior this, the pair also made an appearance at the Mercedes-Benz Party at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles, according to Just Jared.

Foxx and Tom Cruise’s ex-wife have been dating since October 2013. They have been very private about their relationship. The last time that they were spotted together was last December while they were vacationing in Miami.

However, many are speculating that the two could have already called it quits for some time now. The actor was spotted spending time with Olivia Culpo and Cara Santana days after Holmes left Florida.

“Jamie does care for her, but his recent behavior makes people question that,” a source told Us Weekly early this year. The source also said that Holmes was clearly infatuated with Foxx but the latter wasn’t really keen on settling down anytime soon.

Both Foxx and Holmes have kids from previous relationships. Foxx has two daughters: Corinne Marie, 25, and Annalise, 9. On the other hand, Holmes has daughter Suri, 12, from her romance with Cruise.
