Jana Duggar’s Family Calls Her ‘Precious’ As Courtship Rumors Swirl

Jana Duggar has long been a topic of conversation among viewers of TLC’s “Counting On.” The 27-year-old reality star is the only adult daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19-strong clan that has yet to marry, and with that, comes questions.

While the Duggars have not spoken out about ongoing courtship rumors involving Jana, they did give their supporters an update on their single offspring on Thursday.

On their official Facebook fan page, the Duggar parents shared a throwback photo of Jana and her youngest sister Josie, now 7. “A couple years ago with sweet sisters!” reads the caption. “These girls are precious to me.” The image, posted below, shows the two siblings posing side-by-side in a restaurant.

The image is far from the only one of Jana the family has shared recently. After Thanksgiving, the brood posted photos of their large celebration, though some fans were quick to mention Jana didn’t look happy in the images. “I always notice that Jana seems to put on a fake smile for pictures,” reads one of the album’s top-voted comments.

The photos in question show Jana posting with her twin brother, John-David Duggar, and younger sister Jinger Vuolo, smiling with her niece Meredith and nephew Israel and posing with dozens of other family members inside her parent’s home.

Still, not every commenter focused on Jana’s involvement in the photos. Others commented on their happiness over getting to see the family’s holiday celebration. “Absolutely love the big group photo! You all look wonderful!” one fan wrote. “I just am so in love with your family. Thank you for continuing to share your life with us!” posted another viewer.

“We had a wonderful time together over the past few days, lots of delicious food and the making of new memories that will last a lifetime!” Jim Bob and Michelle wrote of the pictures. “We were so thankful to have kids and grandkids under one roof. Family is really one of the greatest blessings from God and we are especially thankful for our family! We hope your Thanksgiving holiday was just as wonderful!”

While the Duggars were open about their Thanksgiving party, they haven’t been publicly discussing rumors regarding Jana’s love life. Jana has been linked to four men this year, with her most recent rumored beau being family friend Caleb Williams.

It appears “Counting On” fans will have to wait and see if Jana is officially courting, but until then, they can take solace in knowing she’s not settling.

“There have been different guys come along and ask, but they haven’t been the right one,” Jana said on the TLC series earlier this year. “It’s just one of those things. I’m not just out to get married to the first one who comes along.”
