Jana Kramer Goes Instagram Official With Boyfriend Allan Russell [See Photo]

Jana Kramer is dating Allan Russell.

Kramer, 39, previously hinted that she had an "international boyfriend." On Sunday, she finally revealed her new love by going Instagram official with the Norwich City Football Club coach and former soccer player, Russell.

The snap featured the pair cozying up to one another, with Russell, 42, wrapping his arm around her while smiling directly at the camera.

"Back where it all started... Also, this is so us...trying to take a photo," she captioned the post, tagged in Downtown Nashville.

Kramer's fans and friends showed their support and expressed their joy after she found a new love.

"Soooo happy for you," Erin Oprea wrote. Kelly Rizzo added, "There he is."

"Ah, ha. You guys look great! Congrats," Sam Trammell wrote.

In last week's episode of her "Whine Down with Jana Kramer" podcast, she mentioned that she was close to making her new romance Instagram official. However, she had a change of heart at the last minute.

"Everyone knows that I have a boyfriend, that's already out there," she said. "We talked about it. It was just maybe when we're together next."

"People are going to be mean regardless, so I think it's just one of those things where I'm like, 'Who cares?" the "One Tree Hill" alum said, according to E! News. "We're in a good place. People will be mean regardless whether I post it, not post it, hold onto it for six months. They're gonna say the same thing: 'Oh this is gonna last.'"

She explained that she was trying to stay more private to protect herself. In case her new romance does not work, she will not be embarrassed.

"I have been so publicly embarrassed with relationships. A lot of that I own. That's my fault because I've been open about them, so that's why I've been trying to stay more private," she explained.

She also talked about her boyfriend on the Jan. 9 episode of her podcast. Kramer said they met via a dating app.

However, she wasn't sure at first if she wanted to date someone from another country because she is a mom of two and lives in Nashville. Russell lives in the United Kingdom with his team based in England. She admitted that she wasn't sure how it would work.

"I don't know if this is my forever person. But, like, I'm not going to push away love just because I've been hurt before. I'm going to embrace it. I'm going to have fun. And if it doesn't work out, well, you know what, I'm gonna learn a lot of lessons. And I had a lot of fun along the way," she said, People reported.

Before her new romance, Kramer dated Ian Schinelli. However, they split after less than a year of dating. The fitness trainer told Us Weekly he walked away due to her pattern of toxicity.

Kramer was previously married to Mike Caussin. They split in April 2021 and finalized their divorce in July 2021. They share a daughter, Jolie Rae, 7, and a son Jace Joseph, 4.
