Jana Kramer And Mike Caussin Reunite, Are They Moving Past Cheating Scandal For Daughter Jolie?

They remain separated after he cheated on her with multiple women, but the state of their marriage certainly doesn’t seem to affect how Jana Kramer and Mike Caussin view one another as co-parents for their daughter, Jolie.

According to Us Weekly, the estranged couple reunited over the weekend, with Kramer documenting some family time in a series of Snapchat videos.

In the videos, Kramer jokes that Caussin was entertaining both her and Jolie with his singing talent, though it appeared their daughter wasn’t actually thrilled that her father was her source of entertainment for the day.

“We don’t have a TV so dad is entertaining us,” Kramer captioned the first video, before adding in a second showing how her daughter was “not impressed.”

Since announcing they were separating in 2016 after just over a year of marriage, the country singer and “One Tree Hill” alum and former NFL player have often been spotted together as they raise their daughter, 1, and have even shared several moments together on social media as well, including their recent time together.

Kramer took to Instagram on Father’s Day last month to pen a sweet message to her ex, admitting that while they didn’t have a “perfect fairytale love story,” she was always grateful to him for giving her Jolie.

Prior to that, the pair seemed to initially reunite in April, when Kramer threw a ceremonial first pitch at an L.A. Dodgers game, after which, she and Caussin reportedly hung out together, according to E! News. The website reported that after the “I Got The Boy” singer threw the first pitch, the two spent time together afterwards at the game.

It’s unclear when exactly the couple became more amicable following the news about their split. Shortly after announcing they had parted ways in August, news broke that Caussin, a former player for the Washington Redskins, had entered a rehabilitation facility in Mississippi to receive treatment for sex addiction. He had been accused of cheating on Kramer with multiple women before rehab.

He later admitted to People Magazine in October that he regretted the pain he caused her through his actions, and he was committed to being both a better husband to her and father to Jolie.

“I acknowledge that certain actions and behaviors have caused issues in my marriage and I am deeply sorry for the pain I have caused Jana,” he said. “I have and will continue to take the steps needed to change who I am as a person in order to be a better husband and father.”

Caussin has not been active on his social media accounts since July of last year, and his Twitter profile bio still reads that he is a “Proud Husband” and features a banner image of himself and Kramer kissing on their wedding day.

While it’s unclear if the two would reconsider getting back together right now, things do seem to at least be amicable as a whole, with a potential chance for them to reunite in a more official capacity.

Prior to their marriage, Kramer was also married to Michael Gambino in 2004, a marriage which ended after physical abuse, and Johnathon Schaeach from 2010-2011.
