‘Jane The Virgin’ Star Tyler Posey Responds To Nude Photo Leak
A lot of celebrities were victimized by nude photo leaks earlier this year, and one of them was “Jane the Virgin” star Tyler Posey.
During New York City Comic Con, Posey brushed aside his nude photo leak back in January, saying that it’s better for his wellbeing not to worry too much about it. “I don’t care. It puts less stress [on you] if you just brush it off,” he told Us Weekly.
Posey was also victimised by identity theft at one point, and he recalled, “I got a letter in the mail saying I’m a victim of a case of somebody who hacked iCloud. I think I had my identity taken. I think I’ve had it stolen.”
When asked if he could assume someone else’s identity too, Posey did not hesitate in giving his answer. “Tom DeLonge from Blink 182. I would steal his identity circa 2002 era. I would go back in time for that,” he said.
Posey is more than ready to play Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) first love Adam in “Jane the Virgin” Season 4. His character was introduced during the Season 3 finale, and meeting him again really sent Jane into a tailspin.
But who is Adam, aside from being Jane’s first love? Executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman shared some details with Entertainment Tonight. “He’s an illustrator of graphic novels, so he can illustrate and she can write -- they’ll have a collaboration at some point,” Urman said. “He’s a little bit more of a youthful energy. Jane has had a lot of weight on her shoulders and this is somebody who’s going to be reminding her a bit that she’s 27 years old. He’s a little bit more adventurous than Jane is right now.”
Urman also told TV Line that Adam’s somewhat of a daredevil, and his carefree ways will be “trying for someone like Jane, but also exciting.”
“He’s going to be pushing her towards things that she might not be comfortable with, and part of that will be explained through their backstory and why they broke up and what happened at the end,” she added.
“Jane the Virgin” Season 4 will return on Oct. 13 at 9 p.m. EDT.
