Actress Janis Dardaris is suing a man named Vincent Tang for allegedly beating one of her dogs to death and torturing the other one.

Last year, Dardaris, who has appeared on “Power” and “The Sopranos,” left her two male Maltese dogs, Frankie, 12, and Alex, 11, in New York City with a sitter while she filmed a project in South Carolina.

However, Dardaris told The Post that her neighbors made a horrific discovery while she was away for her trip, which did not allow her to bring the dogs.

Court documents filed by Dardaris, revealed Tang, the boyfriend of her dog sitter “savagely beat Alex to death … then took Frankie to the roof of [Dardaris’] building, where he sadistically tortured Frankie for several minutes by punching, throwing, chasing, and kicking the defenseless dog multiple times.”

The lawsuit stated Tang “then brought Frankie back to [Dardaris’] apartment, where he left him to die.”

A neighbor was able to capture a video of the abuse in October 2019 and alerted another resident. The police were eventually called and Frankie was taken to the hospital.

Frankie reportedly suffered “two skull fractures, two fractured ribs, and a permanently damaged left eye,” and was hospitalized for 16 days.

Dardaris’ lawyer Robert Cannata believes Tang took the keys to her apartment and abused the dog while the sitter wasn’t around.

Tang was indicted on two counts of aggravated animal cruelty. The 36-year-old, who pled not guilty to the charges, could be sentenced up to two years if convicted.

“We want answers and we want him to have to justly compensate her for all the pain and anguish he has done to her,” Cannata said.
